I can’t make the online smoker this evening so I lit one up after a couple hours of hard yard work. My reward. This cigar is my favorite vitola – I’m guessing a corona at 48 ring and maybe 5 1/2 to 6 inches. And always a fan of box press, and San Andres wrappers. This is a gorgeous cigar. I wish I knew the binder/filler details. The cigar. The cigar toasted evenly and nicely, lit easily, and has a smooth draw. Plenty of smoke production. Beautiful white ash. Only into the first third right now, but Brian’s descriptor hits the nail on the head – pretzel much more pronounced that the chocolate at this point. Pleasant retro with something bright, metallic, and maybe almost minty? Medium but nice complex flavor profile at this point.
