Description
La Palina. The company is so underrated. They make cigars with some of the best people in our industry. They have been in business for 125 years. They are owned by Bill Paley. His father William, who very much had a hand in the business, created a little company called Columbia Broadcast Service or CBS. You heard me. Bill does not need to be in the cigar game. But his passion keeps him smoking! La Palina makes a cigar called the Bronze Label. Some of you who are deep enough in this have had the cigar, which is fantastic. But there was once a Lancero they released, and everyone’s heads exploded. When La Palina asked if we wanted to do a collaboration I said yes, but…I need that Bronze Label Lancero, and I want to give it a third band and call it Bronze Age. While I did not like the position of the third band, it is certainly cool and set this cigar apart in its limited nature. You won’t find this in a shop or online. Only Privada members get this one.

Privada Cigar Club’s La Palina Bronze Label Bronze Age lancero. Tight cold draw that was fixed with the PerfecDraw. Great cigar! A bit of pepper to start. The flavors really started to shine about a half inch in. Leather and dried fruit, maybe apricot or peaches, vanilla, and citrus. Very creamy and perfect burn throughout.
