The Last Call was blended to be AJ’s last cigar of the night. The maduro version of the cigar features a handsome broadleaf wrapper over Nicaraguan fillers and binders. Notes of dark chocolate, espresso, black pepper, and a thick molasses sweetness delight the senses in this medium-full bodied cigar.

Short smoke, but it doesn’t dissapoint.
Dark, sweet, and earthy. A cigar for a late evening with a dark roast coffee. winner all round.

Not at huge fan of full bodied cigars but I got a couple for friends who might be. I wanted to smoke this at the end of the night after dinner. I just had some nice tacos al pastor and poured myself a nice dram of Rye Templeton Whiskey. Perfect night to smoke this. Easy draw, earthy for sure, slight dark chocolate. Honestly probably not going to smoke another one but will be a treat for my friends that do like that full bodied cigar.

Slightly bitter with dark chocolate and dry earth. Not as transformative as the Habano but just as well rolled and produced. Beautiful wrapper and great smoke for the money.

Personally my favorite cigar of all. Rich, peaty, and full of that deep ferment flavor and aroma that I love so much. Always the same excellent construction and draw as one would expect from AJ. Plus a closed foot which is always a bonus in my opinion. If I had to smoke only one stick for the rest of my days, this would be it.

The 1st third starts off with a thick double cream and milk chocolate flavour. Right off the bat this is a creamy rich smoke.
15 minutes in and a cinnamon spice has been introduced. The milk chocolate has transitioned into a dark chocolate flavour.
The 2nd third keeps the dark chocolate and introduces a roast coffee. I’m getting leather through the finish.
In the final third I get a deep cherry note coming in. The chocolate has gone but I’m still getting roast coffee.
For the price this is an incredible cigar, full bodied with lots of flavour.
