The Casa Fernandez Aganorsa Leaf uses a Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper harvested in 2006. Beneath that wrapper is other aged Nicaraguan fillers from Aganorsa’s farm. This cigar is a box-pressed Nicaraguan puro made exclusively from aged tobaccos from the Condega, Esteli, and Jalapa valleys in Nicaragua., There are notes of caramel, chocolate, toast, and wood in this medium-plus bodied smoke.

The smell of the wrapper, foot and dry pull is very reminiscent of padron tobacco. 1/3 rich oily tobacco, slightly creamy and nutty, touch of sweet tobacco. 2/3 sweet tobacco meatiness and some vegetal notes, cinnamon stick and marshmallows. 3/3 used espresso grounds, deep oily tobacco leaf, creamy backside. Draw is perfect and ashes incredibly. Very nice stick for the price and definitely has some similarities to Padron’s 000’s lines.
