Christian Eiroa. The Eiroa family. The original Cuban Corojo seed. Possibly the best Corojo in the industry. That's like saying the best grapes in wine. It's a big deal. One backed by science. His farm is certified by Bayer science for not only best practices and cleanliness but they know what nutrients the soil is lacking at any given time. This gives them a scientific edge almost no other farm has. But it does not stop there. Cigars at Christian's factory are aged in fresh-cut cedar. This gives it a bourbon barrel aroma. Christian and his famed father Junto Eiroa sold Camacho to Davidoff back when Camacho was well regarded and packed flavor not dissimilar to what you are about to smoke. This is a cigar Christian rolls for himself. He uses a different aging method during curation to give it a bit more strength and punch. Christian was kind enough to share this with us for his first installment of Privada Experience.

During the first third, I am greeted by notes of bourbon and bourbon barrel. I also get a syrup-like sweetness and distinct flavors of apricots.
The second third sees notes of licorice sticks, along with more of that beautiful bourbon barrel, and the apricot flavor is changing to dried apricots.
In the final third, I get dark toast, roasted nuts, and more of the syrup sweetness and flavor.
Wheated bourbon, caramel popcorn, cream soda, no wine, japanese whiskey, sushi.
