The first third opens up with a cedar and sweet hay flavour. 10 minutes in and I’ve picked up a white pepper note. The smoke is very dry.
The second third introduces an oak note with the woody flavours deepening.
In the final third I’m getting a very pleasant orange citrus note. The woody flavours are still present.
This smoked very well. The burn was perfect and although there wasn’t a great deal of flavour transitions I really did enjoy this
