The 1st third hits you with a blast of chilli and black pepper. I’m getting earthy notes underneath the spice.
The spice quickly goes, and I pick up a sweet cocoa. The sweetness is similar to brown sugar, and it stays on the finish. A cream note enters the mix.
The 2nd third intensifies the flavours. I’m getting dark chocolate and roast coffee. There’s still a lot of sweetness.
The final third is consistent with the 2nd third. Lots of dark flavour notes and the smoke is quite oaky.
