On light up I’m surprised by a sweetened cap. The flavours are black pepper, earth and a popcorn on the finish.
10 minutes in and a nutty note has come through. I’m getting candied almonds.
The 2nd third has notes of a sweetened popcorn, oak and hay.
The final third sees the flavours become quite bitter. I’m still picking up oak and popcorn.
