First Third: Florals, fig, cedar, red pepper, reminds me of garlic, salt, lemon, black pepper finish, it’s sweet and tangy with velvety smoke and some herbs I cannot place, roasted nuts.
Second Third: Dried apricots, cedar, white pepper, spices, and herbs. Wow. Latin cooking Sazon. Beautiful florals and great zing on the finish. Mustard seed.
Final Third: French fries, salty fried, crisp on the tongue, apricot, cedar, florals, thyme, olive oil, pumpkin spice, wow.
