Privada Storytelling
Manzanita tells the story of tradition meeting innovation. Named after the shimmering red bark of the manzanita tree, this blend was commissioned by Southern Draw for its spiritual tobacco heritage. Crafted by Robert Holt with AJ Fernandez’s team, it blends sacred intention with boutique innovation. It’s a flavor-forward tribute to ancient rituals, packaged in a modern premium format.
Flavor Journey
First third: Opens bold with dark chocolate, cedar, leather, and intense black pepper. A burst of raisin sweetness and earthy barnyard adds depth, while cinnamon-and-vanilla chai notes add intrigue.
Mid-smoke: Rich espresso morphs into creamy chai and toasted hazelnut. Barnyard and cedar continue, balanced with sweet earth and a floral retrohale.
Final third: Transitions to deeper earth, leather, and woody notes. Raisin and hazelnut persist alongside barnyard, while pepper returns on the retrohale. Creamy floral and cedar linger through a long, refined finish.
