The first third kicks off with earth and cedar through the draw. The smoke is creamy and pleasant.
15 minutes in and I’m picking up acaramel flavour that mixes with the cedar and earth.
The 2nd third introduces a chocolate and leather note. I’m still getting caramel that stays on the finish.
The final third is a solid earthiness.
I had burn issues throughout the 1st third but it was worth perseverance. The flavour notes were good and the smoke enjoyable.
