Description
Renowned cigar maker AJ Fernandez continues to enhance his portfolio with boutique releases such as the Last Call Habano. Originally crafted as a small-batch cigar for guests at the brand’s Casa Blanca compound, the Last Call offers a medium to full-bodied profile. This unique blend reveals enticing notes of milk chocolate, vanilla, almonds, and red peppers, combined with a chalky texture and even burn. Handcrafted in Nicaragua, it features a reddish-hued Ecuador Habano wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos. Add this delicious boutique cigar to your collection, available in a selection of classic shapes.
Handmade in Esteli, the AJ Fernandez Last Call Habano is a Nicaraguan puro that may be short in stature but is big on flavor. This compact powerhouse delivers a robust blend of roasted nut flavors, spice, and a distinctive creamy, woodsy note, making it a compelling choice for any cigar aficionado.

This is my current favorite cigar. It starts with that classic AJ pepper, but a refined mellow pepper by comparison to a younger stick. This is pepper once it has been cooked into a great sauce. It burns slowly except when you puff on it. Clouds of yummy smoke.
I paired this cigar with Wild Turkey Rare Breed barrel proof. It brings out amplified wood notes from the whiskey. I also drank some root beer afetr a puff and that had a great taste. (IBC root beer).
Best grab yours before I buy them all!

Wow. Great cigar that will be added to the humidor when possible. Salted vanilla, white pepper, marshmallow. Great finish, oily with a medium to medium plus body. Buy some.

On light up I’m hit with a pepper bomb. I’m getting notes of black pepper and a cayenne heat comes in on the finish.
The 1st third flavours include a sweet earth and a cedar note on the finish. The pepper and spice burns the back of my throat, its intense.
15 minutes in and the spice has completely gone. I’m left with a deep damp earth and tobacco flavour.
The 2nd third transitions into a char grilled steak note. The finish is slightly creamy.
The final third has a strength kick at the end. I get a damp earth flavour that lasts in the finish.
