The first third has a smooth white pepper throught the retro hale. I pick up notes of hay through the draw. The smoke is very smooth and creamy.
10 minutes in and I’m getting a very nice cream flavour both on the draw and finish.
The second third introduces a pine wood flavour. I’m still getting lots of cream flavour.
The final third has woody cedar notes as the smoke heats up toward the end.
This is a must for any connecticut lovers.
