The 1st third gives you lots of dark chocolate that is accompanied by a saltiness on my lips. It’s tastes like a chocolate covered salty pretzel! I’m getting black pepper through the retro.
10 minutes in and a salty caramel joins the sweet flavours.
The 2nd third drops the pepper. I’m still getting chocolate and a hint of salted caramel. A licorice note has come into the mix. The finish leaves a slight cherry taste on the tongue.
The final third is quite consistent. Chocolate notes continued with a nice creamy smoke.
