Enjoyed this cigar with a Belizean rum (tiburon 8) and loved it. Not a complex smoke. Woody the rum gave it vanilla, butterscotch and creamy. Little spice coating blast of pepper on the light up smooth clean on the retrohale.

This is an amazing cigar. If you are able to appreciate the nuanced detail from a master blend, look no further. Everything from the look, draw, burn, flavors, transitions, etc. is just superb. This is one special cigar and worth every penny.

This is a great tasting cigar. I would suggest putting aside some time for it, and not smoke it when you are preoccupied. I would give it more than 4 stars, but the wrapper on my cigar cracked in so many places that I had to remove it entirely, with buts and pieces strewn about. It smoked well enough with or without. Perhaps it doesn’t do well in lower humidity and/or colder temps. I have a couple more im saving for a nice warm evening outside.
Worth it? I’d say yes, but I wont be buying more, despite enjoying the aroma, flavor, and retrohale (especially) greatly.

If you’re a fan of slight bitterness and no pepper this is for you,If you don’t like that bitterness or need some pepper on the retro it’s not.Regardless if the flavor profile fits your palate smoking a D’Crossier is always a pleasant experience.
