Rothschild- 4 1/2×50
Short Toro- 5 1/2×50
The Stallone Mustang comes in two sizes, with each size getting its own wrapper. The Mustang Rothschild uses an Ecuadorian Sumatra Oscuro wrapper, while the Short Toro uses a natural Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper. Both cigars utilize two binder leaves, one coming from Nicaragua and the other from Brazil, while the filler uses tobaccos from Nicaragua’s Condega, Estelí, and Jalapa regions. The cigars are made at the Las Villas Cigars factory in Nicaragua.
Tony Barrios, owner and blender of Stallone Cigars, calls both blends medium strength, though he states there are some nuanced differences between the two. The Short Toro offers flavors of nutmeg, brown sugar, hints of cinnamon, and an underlying combination of cream and baking spices. The Rothschild, however, adds cocoa and light pepper on top of those other flavors due to the Oscuro wrapper.
