Navigating an industry as undocumented as ours presents unique challenges, but it also unlocks doors for innovation and creativity. In the past, our predecessors toiled relentlessly in this field, yet indifference from consumers led to the demise of their endeavors. However, the Information Age, a transformative era, fuels our curiosity and fuels our venture, Privada. We have found success with Privada cigar club and the LCA by creating a unique fusion of entertainment and education, coined “edutainment.” Our passion for cigars drives us to conduct extensive research, leading us to exceptional cigar manufacturers, ultimately leading us to AJ Fernandez.
Once just a wild dream, today, having AJ Fernandez at the helm of our production is our reality. If someone had proposed this five years ago, I would have found it hard to believe. Yet here we are, releasing the 7th cigar in a series crafted by AJ as a tribute to my favorite director, Wes Anderson. The 6th cigar for the LCA is ready, but we believe “The Field Scout,” inspired by the aesthetics of the movie Moonrise Kingdom, might be the crown jewel of the series. It serves as a testament to AJ’s unparalleled ability to create impeccable cigars.
