For more than twenty years, Eduardo Fernandez, founder and master blender of Aganorsa Leaf (formerly known as Casa Fernandez) has been developing the Aganorsa Leaf tobacco. His hard work has paid off, and it’s evident in the Aganorsa Leaf Validacion Habano. A Nicaraguan puro from seed to cigar, the Aganorsa Habano uses an exquisite blended filler made of Corojo and Criollo 98 tobaccos that is surrounded by a Nicaraguan binder. All these fine tobaccos are covered by a beautiful Habano wrapper. A medium-strength, but full-bodied stick that delivers a complex flavor profile that is nutty, peppery, spicy, and creamy. The cigars undergo a rigorous quality control process before they are finally released. They call it “validacion,” which is Spanish for validation or validating.
