Alright guys. Here it is. AGED, RARE. Once upon a time, there was a company called Camacho. They made so many of the best cigars in the world that Davidoff bought the company from them. Connoisseurs miss the old Camacho. When the Eiroa family used to make them with their original Corojo seed from Cuba. Things like the Daruma Mutante came out of this shop. Well, we found control samples from the old days. Control samples are samples of cigars they keep around to compare the future blends with. For instance, if you make a hit cigar in 2004 (which some of these are from back then), you keep samples of the cigars to compare giants when rolling the same cigar in the future. Don’t ask how we got our hands on these but hey cow!! This is a piece of history, and they’re all in good shape!! What an experience. Sold as a single stick. #weareprivada

Just had one of these and my gosh they are delicious. Bold and fairly strong, but the taste was delicious. Coco, wood with a bit of pepper but a sweet note as I continued on. Just looking at the stick when first opened was a pleasure. Much care in the construction and wrapping was evident. As I looked at it and smelled it before cutting and lighting, I almost felt badly about burning it……………but then I got over it, ha. Excellent stick!

If you’re not buying these, shame on you. This entire collection is just amazingly ridiculous. Where else are you going to find seriously aged cigars for these prices. Musty, complex, depths of flavor that has become addictive.

Currently smoking a Negro robusto. As with most heavily aged cigars, that first half inch or so is unspectacular. After that, WOW! The flavors smooth out and balance incredibly. It’s still a fairly potent stick but has almost no pepper or spice. It’s not sweet though, mostly savory. It’s got okey, smokey, earthy flavors with salty mineral flavors mixed in. I swear I tasted buttered popcorn on the retro a few times. Huge clouds of billowing smoke and flawless construction. No burn issues, the ash was like stacking nickels. I usually like a little sweetness, but it was a pretty cool experience smoking something this well aged.
