Description
Tasting Notes: A sour cheese note off the body with musty earth and manure. Chocolate chip cookies off the foot. On the cold draw, I pick up Fig Newtons, dried apricot, and a granola bar sort of flavor. Right away on the first few puffs, I get leather, chocolate iced shortbread cookies, sweet oatmeal, light brown sugar, oak, and a slightly gritty black pepper. Roasted nuts. Retrohale is black pepper, cedar, cashew, and sage. A little further in and I get what reminds me of glazed shortbread cookies again, along with more leather, a red rich tobacco, and cooling smoke. The smoke is medium-full with a fluffy feel to it. The middle third starts to shift to a more herbal character, with an increase of sage, rosemary, and an intriguing hint of dried basil. Also getting salted mixed nuts and roasted nuts again, graham cracker, and some minerality. Retrohale takes on a Big Red cinnamon gum, more sage, and a cool menthol that actually feels cool in the nose. NICE! The last third is dark, savory, and woody, with hickory, charred oak and cedar, more sage, black licorice, and more pepper. What a gamut of flavors to keep up with!
Pairing Notes: Cappuccino, flan, roasted nuts, bourbon, whiskey, rye, Teakeepers apricot and peach tea iced, root beer barrel 30 minutes prior, cream soda, rum and coke, pork, brie cheese, a vanilla sundae with fudge and peanuts, red Twizzlers.

Friggin delicious! This cigar was so good I smoked it down as far as I could without burning my lips. This has been my favorite stick of the year.

The cigars flavour is tasty it is a bit too big of a ring gauge but still quite enjoyable

Wow great stick. Great draw, velvety smoke. Earthy chocolate notes. Can’t wait for the barrel aged to drop.

By far the best cigar I’ve had in a very long time. Tried it based on the reviews and ended up buying a 10 pack. The complexity of this cigar blows my mind.
