Description

The Sobremesa Brûlée Toro is a masterfully crafted cigar that pays tribute to the classic Connecticut Shade style—while elevating it with the signature complexity and depth that defines every Steve Saka blend. Handcrafted at the Joya de Nicaragua factory, this 6″ x 52 toro is part of Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust’s refined Sobremesa line, and is designed to deliver a mellow yet flavorful experience that’s anything but boring.

Wrapped in a silky Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper, the Brûlée Toro features a Mexican San Andrés binderand carefully aged Nicaraguan long-fillers. The result is a medium-bodied profile that’s creamy, smooth, and incredibly balanced. Flavor notes include cedar, sweet cream, graham cracker, toasted nuts, and a soft baking spice, with a subtle natural sweetness that lingers throughout the smoke. Some even swear there’s a hint of vanilla—though Saka insists there’s no added flavoring, only expertly aged tobacco.

Perfectly constructed with an even burn and excellent draw, the Sobremesa Brûlée Toro is ideal for those who enjoy nuance, finesse, and old-school elegance. It’s a standout choice for both newer cigar smokers looking for a smoother introduction and seasoned aficionados seeking a premium Connecticut that doesn’t sacrifice complexity.

If they say this cigar is not a sweetened tip they sure as shit are using a lot ofsweet glue when applying the cap. Other than that one nit pick I actually really enjoy the sobremesa brûlée.
