Lanuza Habano Size: 6 x 54Vitola: ToroWrapper: Habano EstelíBinder: Condega NicaraguaFillers: Condega NicaraguaFlavor Notes: Warm cedar, volcanic earth, bright pepper, honey, toasted almond, espresso, dried apricot, bittersweet chocolate, toasted sesamePairing Notes: Oloroso sherry, aged rye, short espressoManufacturer: Lanuza Cigar Factory EstelíAging: Aged 1 Year Privada Storytelling This is the opening chapter. Raul Lanuza learned tobacco the hard way, in the dirt and at the roller’s bench. He cut his teeth at Drew Estate, refined his craft at AJ Fernandez, and then walked away to build something personal. A workshop at home. Family employed. Every leaf touched by hand. Every decision made by someone who sleeps where the tobacco grows. Lanuza Habano reflects that relationship. This is Estelí lived in, not visited. The soil shows through in volcanic mineral, bright pepper, and a measured sweetness that reads like a man who knows every acre by name. It is not flashy. It is confident. It is the sound of someone beginning a story they intend to finish themselves. Flavor Journey The cigar opens with warm cedar, wet volcanic earth, and delicate floral perfume. The first third introduces golden honey and fresh hay, opening into toasted almond and gentle baker’s bread sweetness with a white pepper lift. The second third brings espresso roast and dried apricot layered over leather and mineral earth, with cedar holding everything steady. The final third closes with bittersweet chocolate, toasted sesame, lingering black pepper, and a subtle saline mineral echo. Why It Belongs in Privada Because Privada values cigars made by people who bet on themselves. Lanuza Habano isn’t a factory product, it’s a personal declaration. It represents independence, craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of land and leaf. This cigar belongs in Privada because it tells the beginning of a story worth following. Production Notes Rolled at Lanuza Cigar Factory in Estelí using all Nicaraguan tobacco from Condega and Estelí. Aged one year to integrate spice and mineral character while preserving structure and brightness. Whiskey D Barrel Aged – LIMITED STOCK Size: 5×50Vitola: RobustoWrapper: Dominican Habano (Cibao Valley)Binder: Nicaraguan Habano (Estelí)Fillers: Dominican Piloto Cubano, Pelo d’Oro, Nicaraguan JalapaFlavor Notes: Oak, bourbon sweetness, toasted nuts, cocoa, leather, warm spicePairing Notes: Neat bourbon, rye whiskey, chocolate truffles, roasted pecans, vanilla custard, espressoManufacturer: Chico Rivas, Dominican Republic Privada Storytelling When Privada Cigar Club set out to create Whiskey D, we weren’t just after another barrel-aged cigar. We wanted a bold, playful expression of craft—a cigar that feels like it’s been dipped in history, mystery, and a splash of bourbon spirit. Crafted by Chico Rivas, one of the Dominican Republic’s most respected artisans, Whiskey D became more than just a robusto. After being rolled with a blend of Dominican and Nicaraguan tobaccos, these cigars were carefully laid to rest in used bourbon barrels under Privada’s control. The result? A cigar that merges the world of whiskey and tobacco in a way that feels seamless, natural, and luxurious. Whiskey D is a reminder of what happens when tradition collides with experimentation. A wink, a nod, and a playful warning on the band remind us: “Enjoy responsibly, for too much drink can certainly make your submarine sink!” Flavor Journey First Third: Opens with a wave of oak and charred wood, layered with bourbon sweetness, toasted nuts, and a subtle smokiness. Cocoa and leather emerge on the finish. Second Third: The bourbon barrel influence deepens, offering notes of vanilla, caramel, and warm spice. Creamy smoke balances against cedar and earthy undertones. Final Third: A crescendo of espresso, cocoa, and toasted pecans rides alongside a lingering bourbon essence, with peppery heat and oak rounding out the close. Why It Belongs in Privada Barrel aging is nothing new—but in the world of premium cigars, doing it correctly requires patience, trust, and vision. Whiskey D is a marriage of Chico Rivas’ Dominican craftsmanship and Privada’s relentless innovation. It belongs in the Privada family because it embodies everything we stand for: bold ideas, rare results, and an experience that goes far beyond a smoke.

Tabacalera Chalet Las Palomitas PCC Aged 1.5+ Years Size: 6×52Vitola: ToroWrapper: Connecticut ShadeBinder: UndisclosedFillers: UndisclosedFlavor Notes: Pie crust, honey, toasted cereal, black pepper, butter, golden almond, cedar, whipped cream, orange essencePairing Notes: Peach pie, Honeycomb cereal, coffee, powdered sugar donuts, yellow cake, croissant, scotch, breakfast sausage, waffles, honey, orange tea, Blue Moon with an orange slice, butterscotchManufacturer: Tabacalera Chalet (Nicaragua) Privada Storytelling Las Palomitas is one of those Privada discoveries that proves why this community exists. The story begins in Estelí, Nicaragua, when I was visiting my brother AJ Fernandez. Instead of staying put in the factory, we decided to cruise through town. We ended up at a soccer field where factory workers from across Estelí gather to play, talk, and escape the rolling tables for a bit. Curious stares turned into conversation when my guide told them who I was: el gringo puro—the gringo obsessed with cigars. After a few laughs and cervezas, some of the men revealed they’d been quietly rolling their own cigars in a makeshift chinchalle—a tiny factory set up in what used to be a restaurant. Six rolling stations, dim light, and an aging room that shocked me: thousands of perfectly rolled Connecticut Shade sticks stacked and waiting. They handed me one. I lit it. Within minutes, I knew I had stumbled onto something special. Right then, a deal was made, and history was written. This cigar isn’t about polish or pretense—it’s about pure passion. It’s about the underdogs of Estelí, the ones rolling cigars after their shifts at the big factories, building their dream one leaf at a time. When you smoke the Las Palomitas, you’re not just tasting tobacco—you’re tasting hustle, community, and a little rebellion. Flavor Journey First Third: Opens with pie crust, butter, and sugar, immediately giving off a warm pastry quality. A blast of black and red pepper retrohale kicks things up, while whipped cream and toasted cereal ride underneath. Notes of cedar and golden almond appear, creating a sweet-savory balance. Second Third: The sweetness intensifies into something like wet powdered sugar. Cedar turns slightly piney, while hints of Malibu coconut rum sneak into the profile. Pie crust, honey, hay, and cream dominate, supported by a mellower black pepper. Final Third: Still pastry-like with dominant notes of crust and butter. Honey and roasted almond develop into something reminiscent of Honeycomb cereal. Creamy smoke lingers with touches of orange zest, fried sweetness, and cedar. The finish is syrupy and golden, both comforting and addictive. Why It Belongs in Privada This is Privada at its best—an underground discovery that no one else could have brought to light. A cigar that sat quietly in a shadowy chinchalle, waiting for someone to believe in it. A cigar that tells the story of Estelí’s workers creating something for themselves, outside the spotlight of the big factories. By sharing Las Palomitas with our members, we celebrate not only the flavor but the audacity of these craftsmen to carve their own path.

Cream – rich cocoa, molasses, earth, and smooth creaminess.Pairing Notes: Espresso, red wine, bourbon, dark chocolate, croissants, or fresh fruit tarts.Manufacturer: J.C. Newman & Privada Cigar Club Privada Storytelling Cigar 1 isn’t just a cigar—it’s a statement. It’s for those who don’t pledge blind loyalty to a single brand, but instead chase truth, authenticity, and moments that matter. It’s for the thinkers, the doers, the ones who pause in the middle of busy lives to place smoke into the ether as a reminder that we were here. Rose and Cream are the first two expressions of this philosophy. Each 6×52 Toro is draped in an AAA quality wrapper, showcasing two distinct personalities: the Rosado-wrapped Rose, full of bold, floral fire and spice; and the Mata Fina-wrapped Cream, deep, smooth, and indulgent. Both are modern classics, crafted in collaboration with J.C. Newman and Privada Cigar Club—bridging heritage and innovation. Flavor Journey Rose: Starts with lively cedar, black pepper, and roasted almonds. Evolves into sweet florals, dried fruit, and a zesty mineral finish. The retrohale is bright and peppery, leaving a lingering toastiness. Cream: Opens with cocoa powder, espresso, and molasses sweetness. The second third develops earthy depth, with leather, cedar, and subtle dried fruit. The final act is all cream, chocolate, and a touch of baking spice—smooth and rich until the very end. Why It Belongs in Privada Cigar 1 embodies Privada’s mission to elevate cigar culture while rewriting its future. This brand is a lifestyle—a modern identity forged for those who are too passionate, too curious, and too free to be boxed in. Whether you light up Rose or Cream, you’re holding proof that cigar culture is alive, evolving, and very much here to stay.

What they found instead was tobacco. Archive Cigars Daftmill was built to mirror the elegance and restraint of Lowland Scotch. The tobacco was aged in oak conditions to pull subtle structure rather than overwhelm the palate. This is not a loud cigar. It is precise, quiet, and intentional. Everything about this cigar leans into refinement. Clean construction. Controlled flavor. A profile that rewards attention instead of demanding it. Flavor Journey The cigar opens with polished cedar, clean vanilla, and a faint floral brightness. As it develops, almond skin and toasted hazelnut bring texture, while cocoa and light baking spice deepen the core. The final third introduces oak tannin and orange peel, anchoring the profile with a long, dry, elegant finish built on dark chocolate and cedar. Why It Belongs in Privada Because this is a crossover cigar done right. Not gimmicky. Not forced. It captures the spirit of whisky through tobacco with discipline and restraint.

It smells like molasses, rain on old wood, and cocoa powder. This cigar carries presence. It is the kind of Maduro that walks into the room before you do. The Costa Rican binder adds its own exotic depth and the Nicaraguan filler gives the blend the structure it needs to support such a powerful wrapper. This is grown man flavor. Slow burn. Heavy aroma. When we sat with Eladio, he entrusted us with a mission: to deliver uncompromised Dominican tobacco to the American palate and to cut through the smoke of marketing misinformation that so often clouds the cigar world. For decades, as the master blender at Davidoff, Eladio crafted masterpieces behind the scenes, rarely able to release a cigar like this under his own name. Tiburón changes that. It is a 100% Dominican puro, a rarity in today’s market where cigars often masquerade as something they’re not. This cigar embodies honesty, purity, and artistry, standing as a beacon of authenticity in a sea of impostors. When Eladio gave us this blend, he gave us a piece of his soul — a Dominican puro that shows what true terroir and craftsmanship taste like when all the elements align. Flavor Journey First Third: Opens with honey almond and peaches layered over floral cedar. White pepper spices the retrohale while faint lime rind lingers in the background. Second Third: The profile evolves into florals and refined cedar intertwined with stone fruit, particularly ripe peach. Balance and elegance dominate this portion. Final Third: The journey culminates with apricot, cinnamon, oak, and cream woven into cedar’s backbone, creating a harmonious and masterful close. Why It Belongs in Privada The Tiburón Dominicano belongs in Privada because it represents the heart of what we do — honoring legendary artisans while delivering members something the wider world cannot access. This is Eladio Díaz unleashed, no longer bound by industry constraints. It’s a cigar born of honesty and mastery, a Dominican puro that shows precisely why Privada exists: to bring the rare, the real, and the revolutionary directly to your humidor.

Privada Storytelling There are certain factories that have carved their names into cigar lore, and Raíces Cubanas is one of them. Known for producing Viaje, Illusione, and Alec Bradley, the Honduran factory has always been synonymous with consistency, craftsmanship, and integrity. In 2013, they released a cigar of their own: the Raíces Cubanas 1941. It was met with universal acclaim and quickly became a measuring stick for quality and construction. And then, just as quickly, it was gone. Through the Limited Cigar Association, this benchmark cigar has been reborn. It isn’t just a revival—it’s a resurrection of a blend that defined a generation of smokers. Aged for two years after rolling, this release proves that balance and patience remain the foundation of great tobacco. Smoking this cigar is like stepping into a time capsule, a reminder of why so many connoisseurs first fell in love with Honduran cigars. Flavor Journey The cigar opens with a confident blast of white pepper, coating the tongue and enriching the retrohale. Quickly, creamy butter and cereal grain sweetness arrive, layered with soft toffee and hints of honey. The first third balances spice with sweetness, a perfect entry for both seasoned aficionados and those exploring medium-bodied cigars. As the second third develops, the body deepens into medium strength, bringing earth and a more grounded pepper. Caramel and cream remain, weaving in and out, while the texture of the smoke stays velvety and abundant. This portion is where the cigar truly settles, showing the strength of its pedigree. The final third turns robust, with earth, leather, and oak taking control. The strength climbs toward full-bodied territory, yet never loses its refined edge. Retrohales now reveal a mix of spice and aged earth, giving the cigar a dignified and hearty finale. Why It Belongs in Privada The Raíces Cubanas 1941 isn’t just a cigar—it’s history, carefully reconstructed for those who demand authenticity. At Privada, we don’t just look for good cigars; we seek benchmarks, smokes that define eras and teach us what tobacco can truly become. This revival embodies everything we stand for: legacy, rarity, and the pursuit of excellence. To smoke this cigar is to taste a piece of cigar folklore, curated for the Privada family.

K Decadencia No. 1 By Karen Berger Aged 3+ Years Size: 6×54 Box Pressed ToroVitola: Toro Box PressWrapper: Nicaraguan Maduro (Karen’s Farm, Estelí)Binder: Nicaraguan Maduro (Karen’s Farm, Estelí)Fillers: Nicaraguan Maduro (Karen’s Farm, Estelí)Flavor Notes: Dried apple, apricot, cinnamon, chocolate, hazelnut, oak, lemongrass, white pepper, nutmeg, freeze-dried strawberry, cream, adobo, tonka beanPairing Notes: Brisk iced tea, Long Island iced tea, apple pie, dried peaches, aged cheddar, Cabernet Sauvignon, strawberry tart, vanilla pudding, peaches and cream, vanilla soda, Cognac, Armagnac, Chimay beerManufacturer: Karen Berger / Don Kiki Cigar Factory (Estelí, Nicaragua) Privada Storytelling Few projects in Privada history carry the depth of meaning found in the K Decadencia No. 1. This is not just a puro—it is an Estelí puro, every leaf grown, fermented, aged, and rolled at Karen Berger’s own farm and factory. And it is not just any Estelí puro—it is a Karen Berger puro, bearing the fingerprint of a woman who began rolling cigars as a teenager in this very factory before one day owning it herself. Karen’s story is as inspiring as the cigar itself. She is the widow of Don Kiki Berger, one of the industry’s most influential figures, and she has carried forward his legacy with remarkable vision. For Privada, this cigar has been in the works for over two years—named, banded, and reserved before the first roll. After being crafted at Karen’s factory, it aged for eighteen months in Estelí before resting another six months in Privada’s cooler aging program. The result is a cigar that embodies the very soul of Nicaraguan tobacco—powerful, complex, and refined. Decadencia is not only a testament to Karen Berger’s mastery but also to Privada’s mission of bringing forth cigars that simply would not exist without its community. Flavor Journey First Third: Opens with dried apple, apricot, and a pepper kick that evolves into creamy oak and cinnamon. A smooth, warming start with rich textures. Second Third: Dried fruits remain at the forefront, joined by lemongrass, dried herbs, and a shift from black pepper to refined white pepper. Oak and cream carry through, while chocolate and hazelnut rise subtly in the background. Final Third: Complex and indulgent—nutmeg, cinnamon, oak, freeze-dried strawberry, cream, and a touch of adobo seasoning. A unique tonka bean note emerges, reminiscent of vanilla but layered with hazelnut depth. Balanced, aromatic, and distinctly Nicaraguan. Why It Belongs in Privada Privada exists to spotlight tobacco that tells stories, and this cigar tells one of the most powerful: a young woman who became one of the great figures in today’s cigar world, preserving a legacy while carving her own. K Decadencia No. 1 is not a rebanded release or a common market find—it is a cigar born of collaboration, patience, and intention. Its three-plus years of aging have refined it into something elegant and singular, making it a perfect example of why Privada is the home of cigars you can’t find anywhere else.

Fake Cubans #190 Size: 54x170, 54x184, 50x190Wrapper: Ecuadorian HabanoBinder: Nicaraguan Criollo ’98Fillers: Nicaraguan and DominicanFlavor Notes: Roasted coffee, sweet cedar, cocoa powder, baking spice, black pepper, caramelized sugar, leather, almondPairing Notes: Cuban-style espresso, aged rum, bourbon, chocolate biscotti, café con leche, spiced colaManufacturer: Privada Cigar Club Exclusive; small-batch production designed to evoke the essence of old-world Cuban flavor with modern boutique precision Privada Storytelling Fake Cubans are Privada’s playful yet masterful nod to the masterful cigar counterfeiters of the world. This cigar doesn’t try to be Cuba. The  magic of this profile—creamy cedar, balanced spice, and velvety sweetness—are what makes the Fake Cubans so believable when they are dressed up in counterfeit band and boxes and sold for astronomical prices in Europe and China. The name, Fake Cuban, means eaxactly what it states. This isi what they pass off for Cuban cigars in high end packaging. How do we know? We will leave that to be told.  Flavor Journey The first third opens with roasted coffee, cedar, and a gentle wave of black pepper. The second third introduces cocoa powder, almond, and caramelized sugar, balanced by warm baking spices. The final third deepens into leather, cedar, and sweet espresso, leaving a smooth and lingering finish. Why It Belongs in Privada Because Fake Cuban #190 is everything Privada stands for—creative, rare, and designed to deliver an experience that goes beyond the ordinary. It’s a boutique cigar inspired by tradition but free from constraints, a unique addition that Privada members will recognize as both nostalgic and innovative.

Mr. Robot Fumador by Mr. Robot Cigars Aged 4+ Years Size: 5x52Vitola: Robusto Wrapper: UndisclosedBinder: UndisclosedFillers: UndisclosedFlavor Notes: Toffee, oak, red pepper, vanilla, cocoa, apricot, prune, sesame seed oil, roasted nuts, buttered toast, florals, charred oak, caramel, rye bread, gingerbreadPairing Notes: Graham cracker crusted vanilla custard, pecan pie, rye bourbon, sweet coffee, roasted nuts, dark chocolate, scotch, rye toast, caramel, dried fruits, vanilla sodaManufacturer: Mr. Robot Cigars (Produced anonymously by a renowned blender) Privada Storytelling Some cigars come cloaked in secrecy, and the Mr. Robot Fumador is one of them. Crafted by a well-known blender whose identity must remain hidden, this release tests whether legends are built on luck or on undeniable skill. In true Privada fashion, we honor the secrecy and focus on what matters most—the experience in the smoke itself. The cigar takes its name from Mr. Robot, the critically acclaimed show that redefined narrative complexity and modern storytelling. Just like the show, this cigar thrives on layers, mysteries, and unexpected turns. Even the branding is deliberately different from the blender’s more familiar work, creating a project that feels fresh, anonymous, and daring. Aged for over four years, the Fumador has transformed into something extraordinary. It is smooth yet complex, creamy yet spiced, refined yet edgy. Every puff is a reminder that greatness doesn’t need a name—it speaks for itself. Flavor Journey First Third: Opens with toffee, oak, salt, red pepper, and a vanilla-cognac sweetness. Cocoa, apricot, and prune weave into medium roast coffee and nuttiness. Sesame seed oil flits in and out, while ripe plum and artificial apricot notes appear. Retrohale shifts from red pepper to salt and white pepper, balancing the richness. Second Third: Florals enter the mix, carried by charred oak, vanilla, caramel, buttered toast, and apple. The smoke grows smoother, transitioning from powdery to creamy while roasted nuts and minerals anchor the flavor. Final Third: Sesame seed oil resurfaces, accompanied by rye toast, apricot, florals, roasted nuts, and gingerbread. Vanilla lingers softly as the cigar closes with a savory-sweet interplay of bread, spice, and nuttiness. Why It Belongs in Privada The Mr. Robot Fumador is a perfect example of what Privada does best: delivering something hidden, mysterious, and unattainable elsewhere. With a legendary but anonymous blender behind it, the cigar becomes more than tobacco—it becomes a puzzle, a secret handshake among those who know. After four years of aging, this cigar is both a collector’s treasure and a smoking experience that proves great artistry doesn’t need a label.

Born from the vision of two Beverly Hills investors turned cigar artisans, Montenegro Cigars has built its legacy on patience, organic farming, and an unwavering dedication to purity. Every tobacco leaf is aged at least five years, often seven or more, and grown under the meticulous care of Hector Luis Prieto, one of Cuba’s most revered farmers. This makes Montenegro the only known organic tobacco farm in the world, a rarity in an industry where yield often takes priority over quality. This particular series pays homage to Cuban revolutionary President Gomez, a figure whose life was as bold and polarizing as the flavors in this cigar. From the first spark, you are greeted with rich, dripping chocolate notes unlike anything else in the Privada portfolio. It is decadent, unapologetic, and deeply revolutionary—just like the man whose name it carries. Flavor Journey First Third: A swirl of hazelnut, cinnamon simple syrup, cedar, and orange rind, wrapped in creamy smoke with hints of red and white pepper. Vanilla hides beneath the surface, rounding the profile into a seamless harmony. Second Third: Bursting with chocolate-covered fruits, the profile thickens into lush smoke laced with oak, cedar, and hazelnut. Chocolate syrup dominates, offering one of the most dessert-like experiences you’ll find in a cigar. Final Third: Intensifies into a robust crescendo—fruit, cream, oak, hazelnut, cocoa, and vanilla. Occasional relights reveal just how juicy this blend is, rewarding with one of the richest finishes of any cigar aged in Privada’s vault. Why It Belongs in Privada The President Gomez Series represents the pinnacle of Montenegro’s ethos: uncompromising quality, extreme patience, and innovation rooted in tradition. Its organic origins and unrivaled chocolate-forward profile make it a landmark cigar for collectors and connoisseurs alike. This is the kind of cigar that redefines expectations—it isn’t just smoked, it’s remembered.

Ten years ago, when Tony first arrived in Nicaragua from Venezuela, he poured his heart into crafting his inaugural collection of cigars. Among them, the Broadleaf-wrapped Zaino quickly became the boldest of the batch. Rich, earthy, and unapologetically powerful, it was meant to stand as the heavyweight in his first production. A full decade later, this cigar has been transformed by time. What once was brash now smokes with elegance and maturity. Ten years of rest has layered nuance into its strength, mellowing rough edges and sharpening its natural sweetness. The Zaino Broadleaf is not just a cigar; it’s a time capsule of Tony’s journey, where ambition and artistry intersect with patience and perseverance. Flavor Journey First Third: Dense notes of dark chocolate and espresso dominate, supported by oak and a touch of earthy leather. Black pepper stirs gently on the retrohale. Second Third: Sweet molasses and dried fruit weave into the smoke, balanced by roasted nuts and charred cedar. The Broadleaf’s signature grit shines, refined by age into a chewy, velvety texture. Final Third: Espresso and bitter cocoa return, intensified by spice and oak. Leather and earth round out the finale, leaving a lingering sweetness laced with pepper. Why It Belongs in Privada The Zaino Broadleaf captures the very essence of Privada’s mission: uncovering rare, aged treasures that most will never have the chance to experience. Ten years of rest has elevated this Broadleaf into something truly unique — a cigar that smokes like history itself. By bringing Tony’s earliest work to light, Privada allows its members to witness not only the evolution of the leaf but also the evolution of a blender who risked everything to create something timeless.

Its five-year-aged habano wrapper brings character without obscuring the vibrancy of the fillers, offering a refined bridge between fresh-harvest authenticity and aged complexity. Light this during a thoughtful pause—sunset on the porch or that late evening pause before bed. It’s not a bombshell; it’s a steady companion. The flavors unfold deliberately: leather, honey, and oak weaving with warm spice. There’s time to register each note and appreciate how they interact. It’s a slow game well played. In the Privada collection, this cigar stands for intentionality. It celebrates subtle evolution rather than explosive transformation. It asks you to savor process. It’s the smoke you return to, again and again, to witness how things settle when left to time. Flavor Journey First third: Silky leather and toasted oak introduce a gentle sweetness. Cinnamon spice glimmers at the edges.Mid-smoke: Roasted cashew and creamy cedar deepen the profile. Honeyed tobacco balances warmth and richness.Final third: Oak anchors the palate as spice and leather fade into a smooth, cinnamon-tinged finish. Why It Belongs in Privada Privada honors cigars that embody patience and subtlety. The La Jugada Habano – Aged 5 Years doesn’t shout—it suggests. It’s a nod to progress, not perfection.
