After our first exclusive bourbon collaboration, we convinced Heaven Hill Distillery to let us repurpose their seasoned barrels. These barrels had already held bourbon that Privada members savored—and then they gave new life by aging a cigar created by AJ Fernandez himself.
This isn’t an infused cigar. It’s something more refined—tobacco aged in the very oak that once held rich, caramelized bourbon, then meticulously balanced with two-way humidification. The result? A cigar that speaks in whispers of bourbon without ever losing the soul of fine Nicaraguan leaf. Barrel Aged Edition #1 is proof that innovation, when paired with tradition, creates magic.
First Third: Opens with toasted oak and a bourbon sweetness that’s subtle yet distinct. Notes of cedar and roasted nuts dance in harmony with faint spice.
