When Privada Cigar Club set out to create Whiskey D, we weren’t just after another barrel-aged cigar. We wanted a bold, playful expression of craft—a cigar that feels like it’s been dipped in history, mystery, and a splash of bourbon spirit. Crafted by Chico Rivas, one of the Dominican Republic’s most respected artisans, Whiskey D became more than just a robusto. After being rolled with a blend of Dominican and Nicaraguan tobaccos, these cigars were carefully laid to rest in used bourbon barrels under Privada’s control.
The result? A cigar that merges the world of whiskey and tobacco in a way that feels seamless, natural, and luxurious. Whiskey D is a reminder of what happens when tradition collides with experimentation. A wink, a nod, and a playful warning on the band remind us: “Enjoy responsibly, for too much drink can certainly make your submarine sink!”
